Great gym, well maintained equipment and its clean!! Kyle has kept me coming back. Even with once a week for now, better than nothing! Kevin is a great, knowledgeable, professional trainer who’ll customize a program for your specific needs tracking your progress and adjusting the workouts as necessary. There’s also a family discount so my daughter and I train together but at different levels and often different workouts. Kevin keeps track of it all and makes sure we do each exercise correctly. 5/5 stars is not enough for Upstate Strength and Conditioning. They deserve at least 12 stars. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole this summer and it was the best experience. The facility is clean, well kept, and has a great variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and greeted me by name when I came in. They were super flexible with scheduling my training sessions. The sessions pushed me and were tailored to me. I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to make a change, learn new things, or just wants to see what they are capable of.
