Kyle grew up playing multiple sports and spending time in the weight room. After college, Kyle decided to start a career in finance. Ultimately, he was unhappy, and he began to see his overall health decline. Kyle started his own fitness journey to change his life around. Madison’s interest in strength training started in high school as part of the track and field team. This interest quickly turned into a passion and lifestyle when she had a huge loss in the family. The gym turned into her “safe place” for her mental/physical health where it evolved into a lifelong career. Madison studied through the International Sports and Science Association where she got certified as a Personal Trainer. Since then, she has gained a lot of knowledge across a variety of age groups that makes her a strong Strength and Conditioning coach. Madison wants to put this same desire she built for herself into helping anyone who has a passion to want to better their mind, body, and soul.

Kevin is extremely professional and knowledgeable at every single session. I can ask him anything and realistically select any goal and he will help me achieve this. So far he has helped me reach my first goal with ease and i am looking forward to continuing working with Kevin in the future to achieve all of my short and long term fitness goals.
I feel much better since Kevin has been training me both mentally and physically.
Highly recommend Upstate Strength & Conditioning!
I have been training with Kyle for several months now. I decided to try personal training to help with stiffness and pain and to get myself active again after not being so active during the pandemic. I look and feel better, I’m stronger , my balance has improved, along with my energy levels! I’m so grateful to have found upstate strength and conditioning and Kyle!
5/5 stars is not enough for Upstate Strength and Conditioning. They deserve at least 12 stars. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole this summer and it was the best experience. The facility is clean, well kept, and has a great variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and greeted me by name when I came in. They were super flexible with scheduling my training sessions. The sessions pushed me and were tailored to me. I absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to make a change, learn new things, or just wants to see what they are capable of.
Great gym, well maintained equipment and its clean!! Kyle has kept me coming back. Even with once a week for now, better than nothing! I feel its worth it and contributes to overall health and wellness. I like Kyle’s style of training, approach, flexibility in scheduling one on one training, and he also shows he cares and enjoys what he does too. Thank you Kyle, and keep up the great work 🙂
I’m so glad to have found Upstate Strength & Conditioning! The owner Kevin and his staff are amazing! The gym is clean, quiet, and professional and individual needs are identified and catered to! I have been working with Nicole for one on one training for 5 months. Four years ago I suffered a head injury and found it difficult to exercise. Nicole has developed a unique program for me and not only have I lost weight, I have gained, muscle, stamina, and most importantly balance! Joining Upstate was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made for myself!
Kevin is a great, knowledgeable, professional trainer who’ll customize a program for your specific needs tracking your progress and adjusting the workouts as necessary. There’s also a family discount so my daughter and I train together but at different levels and often different workouts. Kevin keeps track of it all and makes sure we do each exercise correctly. We absolutely love USC.
I’ve been working with Kyle for a little while and I’ve been very impressed with how knowledgeable he is. On top of that, I’ve never had a trainer care so much about results that work for me, not necessarily following a “one size fits all model.” Definitely a data driven guy and one I would trust to get anyone in shape.
I’ve been working with Nicole at USC for about 6 weeks. The workouts she has planned for me are challenging and effective. I have noticed positive differences in my strength and body composition from the consistent 1-on-1 training schedule. All of the staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is spotless. This is a great place to workout!
