Kevin is a great, knowledgeable, professional trainer who’ll customize a program for your specific needs tracking your progress and adjusting the workouts as necessary. There’s also a family discount so my daughter and I train together but at different levels and often different workouts. Kevin keeps track of it all and makes sure we do each exercise correctly. 5/5 stars is not enough for Upstate Strength and Conditioning. They deserve at least 12 stars. I had the pleasure of working with Nicole this summer and it was the best experience.
