
Kevin LaFleur
Owner/ Strength and Conditioning Coach
Kevin LaFleur gained a passion for fitness in high school while being a four year varsity starter in baseball, as well as playing basketball and soccer. After high school Kevin struggled with over coming Crohn's Disease. Fitness helped Kevin regain strength and over all health. Kevin aims to help those over come chronic illnesses and help high school athletes prepare to compete at the next level.

Nicole Van Oort
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Nicole grew up playing a wide variety of sports but ultimately fell in love with the field of strength and conditioning after her time at George Mason University as a D1 Rower. After minoring in Kinesiology at George Mason, she earned her M.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Most recently Nicole spent time at UCLA working under their Athletic Performance Department and is also a current assistant strength and conditioning coach at Union College. Nicole has experience working with a wide variety of populations and sports and whether it is athletes looking to get better at their sport, or those looking to get into fitness for the first time, Nicole's aim is to help clients gain a new sense of confidence in and out of the gym and a lifetime love of being active.

Kyle LaBrake
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Kyle grew up playing multiple sports and spending time in the weight room. After college, Kyle decided to start a career in finance. Ultimately, he was unhappy, and he began to see his overall health decline. Kyle started his own fitness journey to change his life around. Now Kyle wants to pass on that knowledge and experience onto others. Kyle wants to assist anybody that just wants to improve their health overall, as well as any young athletes that are looking to gain that edge on the competition.
