Most people know good nutrition and physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight. But the benefits of good nutrition go beyond weight. Good nutrition can help:

  • Reduce the risk of some diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, stroke, some cancers, and osteoporosis

  • Reduce high blood pressure

  • Lower high cholesterol

  • Improve your well-being

  • Improve your ability to fight off illness

  • Improve your ability to recover from illness or injury

  • Increase your energy level

Why it's important?

What we will do

  • Tracking - We believe in tracking as many different pieces as possible to ensure efficiency. We also don’t want to overwhelm you in the beginning so during our first conversation we will talk about what you’re comfortable with tracking to start.

Metrics we might track:

  • Food/Drink Intake

  • Scale Weight

  • Body Composition

  • Body Part Measurements

  • Biofeedback Markers (sleep quality, energy levels, hunger levels, etc.)

  • Check-Ins - We will have check-ins every 7-10 days to discuss what is working and what is not. This will also allow us to make any adjustments as your body and goals change. These can be done in person during our training sessions, or at a separate time over phone/e-mail.
